Which Apple Watch size should I select?
Select the exact case size printed on the back of your Apple Watch. Different sizes are not interchangeable.
How do the Digital Crown and buttons work?
WatchWare™ recreates the Crown and buttons on its exterior. These external controls actuate the original Apple Watch controls enclosed inside the WatchWare™.
Do the health sensors still work?
Yes. The rear sensor dome remains open and unobstructed against the wrist.
How is the 41mm or 44mm WatchWare™ installed?
Remove the four screws from the back plate, insert the Apple Watch, then return and securely tighten the back plate using the same four screws.
How is the 42mm, 45mm, or 46mm WatchWare™ installed?
Press the OmniClick™ button to open the WatchWare™ from the side, insert the Apple Watch, then close it until the mechanism locks.
Can I use my original Apple Watch band?
No. Essential WatchWare™ is designed for the matching metal bracelet supplied with the piece.
Is it water resistant?
The Apple Watch retains only the water-resistance rating declared by Apple. WatchWare™ does not add water resistance, and moisture can become trapped between the WatchWare™ and the device. After water exposure, remove the Apple Watch and dry both surfaces. Neglected trapped moisture may cause staining or corrosion.

RETURNS POLICY:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging intact. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for used, damaged, or discounted items.
