This website and online store (the “Site”) are operated by Brilinton LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“Brilinton,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Products, Pricing, and Payment
Brilinton products are crafted in limited quantities and may vary slightly in finish or appearance due to artisanal production methods. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith, though display accuracy may vary by device or screen.
Certain products may be designated as Archive or final sale due to discontinued status, limited availability, or end-of-cycle release. Archive items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, import duties, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the client and detailed further in our Shipping & Duties Policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update product descriptions without prior notice. Payment processing is managed securely through Shopify Payments and approved gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), compliant with [PCI DSS standards]. Brilinton does not store full credit card information.
Shipping, Risk Transfer, and Returns
