This Shipping & Duties Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and explains our approach to customs, duties, and related responsibilities. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Risk Transfer and Insurance

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

In such cases, any refund (if approved) will be processed only after the parcel is received back and inspected, and will be reduced by the actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping charges, and a handling fee reflecting inspection, repacking, and processing.
Split Shipments and Pre-Orders
For operational efficiency, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. Each shipment will receive its own tracking number.
Pre-orders and back-ordered products are dispatched once available. If both in-stock and pre-ordered items are purchased together, they may be sent in separate parcels to avoid delay.
Force Majeure and Carrier Responsibility
Brilinton is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by [circumstances beyond our control], including but not limited to customs holds, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or governmental restrictions.
