Policy Overview
Purpose
This Shipping Policy explains how Brilinton processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders placed through brilinton.com. It also explains responsibilities related to customs, import duties, delivery attempts, carrier issues, and failed delivery cases.
Every shipment is handled with care, but delivery depends on product availability, fulfillment timing, carrier performance, customs processing, local regulations, and destination conditions.
Where This Policy Applies
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Brilinton through the official online store. Purchases made through authorized retailers, events, marketplaces, or third parties are governed by the shipping terms of the original seller.
Relationship To Other Policies
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, failed delivery refunds, and non-refundable charges are also governed by the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Fulfillment And Processing
Order Confirmation
After an order is placed, Brilinton may send an order confirmation by email. Order confirmation means the order has been received. It does not necessarily mean the order has shipped, entered production, or been accepted for fulfillment without further review.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, inventory transfers, security review, or other operational delays.
During launches, restocks, holiday periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. Brilinton will make reasonable efforts to provide updates where a material delay occurs.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and closures affecting Brilinton, fulfillment partners, carriers, customs offices, or relevant logistics providers.
Order Review
Brilinton may review, delay, hold, or cancel an order because of payment verification, fraud screening, address issues, inventory discrepancy, product availability, pricing error, suspected resale activity, or other operational concern.
Inventory, Pre-Orders, And Limited Products
In-Stock Products
Products shown as available may still require inspection, preparation, packaging, transfer, or allocation before dispatch. Availability is not a guarantee of immediate shipment.
Pre-Orders And Reserved Allocation
Pre-orders are used for products that are in production, delayed, limited, or not yet ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may change due to engineering, production, finishing, inspection, logistics, or supply conditions.
Payment may be collected at checkout to reserve allocation. Brilinton will provide updates where appropriate and will offer cancellation or refund options where required by applicable law.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately for operational efficiency, stock availability, preorder timing, or regional fulfillment. Each parcel may receive its own tracking number.
Archive And Final Sale Items
Archive, final sale, limited, or discontinued products may have different fulfillment availability, packaging, or replacement limitations. Return and exchange eligibility for such products is governed by the Refund Policy.
Shipping Methods And Costs
Available Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and shipping prices are shown at checkout where applicable. The options available may vary by destination, product type, order value, courier availability, fulfillment location, and operational conditions.
United States Shipping
United States orders may ship using standard, ground, or express services depending on the selected method, destination, product availability, and fulfillment route.
International Shipping
International orders may ship using express or international courier services depending on destination and available coverage. International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local delivery conditions, and carrier networks.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout unless a free shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer applies. Shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or expressly confirmed by Brilinton in writing.
Fulfillment Locations And Routing
Multiple Fulfillment Points
Brilinton may fulfill orders from multiple fulfillment points, including the United States, China, or other logistics partners, depending on inventory, destination, product type, and operational efficiency.
Route Selection
Brilinton may select or adjust the shipping route, fulfillment location, carrier, or service level when necessary to complete delivery, reduce delay, resolve inventory allocation, or manage customs and logistics requirements.
No Dropship Representation
Some orders may ship from a production or fulfillment location outside the client’s country. This does not change the identity of the seller or the terms of the purchase.
Tracking And Delivery
Tracking Information
Once an order ships, Brilinton or the carrier may provide tracking information by email or through the order status page. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier workload, customs clearance, local holidays, weather, security checks, address issues, or other circumstances outside Brilinton’s control.
Delivery Confirmation
An order may be considered delivered when the carrier tracking system marks the parcel as delivered, obtains a signature, records delivery confirmation, completes a permitted drop-off, or otherwise confirms delivery according to the carrier’s procedures.
Signature Requirement
Some products, high-value orders, or WatchWare™ orders may require signature confirmation or additional delivery verification. If the client waives signature, redirects the parcel, authorizes release, or changes delivery instructions, Brilinton may not be responsible for resulting loss, delay, or misdelivery.
Address Accuracy And Delivery Access
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including name, address, apartment or unit number, postal code, phone number, and email address where required.
Address Changes
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Once an order has entered processing, labeling, fulfillment, or shipment, Brilinton may be unable to modify the delivery address.
Incorrect Or Incomplete Addresses
If a shipment is delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because of incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated information supplied by the client, the client may be responsible for reshipment costs, return charges, handling costs, duties, taxes, or other related costs.
Restricted Delivery Locations
Delivery to PO boxes, forwarding services, hotels, temporary addresses, remote areas, military addresses, or restricted locations may not be available for all products or carriers.
Risk, Insurance, And Carrier Issues
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss may transfer according to the delivery method, carrier process, and applicable law. Brilinton will assist with carrier investigations where appropriate, but courier records and delivery confirmation may be used to determine shipment status.
Insurance And Investigation
Brilinton may insure shipments or use carrier protection where available. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Brilinton may require a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Damaged Shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the client should photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging, product, shipping label, and any visible damage before discarding materials. Brilinton should be contacted promptly so a carrier investigation can be opened where appropriate.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows delivery but the client has not received the parcel, the client should check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the local carrier. Brilinton may assist with a carrier inquiry, but a carrier-confirmed delivery may limit available remedies.
Duties, Taxes, And Customs
Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or other local charges determined by the destination country.
Client Responsibility
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, import charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Brilinton does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee the amount, timing, waiver, or recovery of duties, taxes, or brokerage charges.
Customs Delays
Customs inspections, documentation requests, regulatory holds, payment requests, or local import procedures may delay delivery. Brilinton is not responsible for customs delays outside its control.
Refusal To Pay Duties
If a client refuses to pay required import charges and the parcel is abandoned, delayed, returned, or destroyed, the client may be responsible for all resulting costs, and any refund may be reduced or denied according to the Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery And Returned Shipments
Failed Delivery
A shipment may be treated as failed delivery if it is returned or cannot be completed because of recipient unavailability, missed delivery attempts, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges, incorrect address, incomplete address, restricted access, or other client-side delivery issue.
Returned To Sender
If a parcel is returned to Brilinton, Brilinton may inspect the item before deciding whether reshipment, refund, store credit, or another resolution is available.
Deductions
Where a refund is granted after failed delivery, it may be reduced by outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier charges, import-related charges, handling costs, payment fees, or other direct costs caused by the failed delivery.
Reshipment
Where reshipment is possible, Brilinton may require payment of additional shipping, carrier, duty-related, or handling charges before resending the parcel.
Order Delays And Legal Requirements
Reasonable Shipping Estimates
Brilinton provides shipping and delivery estimates in good faith based on available information at the time of purchase. Brilinton does not intentionally advertise shipment timing without a reasonable basis.
Delay Notices
If Brilinton becomes unable to ship within the stated timeframe, Brilinton may provide delay information, cancellation options, or other remedies where required by applicable law.
Client Communication
Clients are responsible for monitoring their email, order status page, and carrier tracking for shipping notices, customs requests, delivery attempts, and delay updates.
Force Majeure And Policy Updates
Events Outside Brilinton’s Control
Brilinton is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, customs holds, or increased costs caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, regulatory change, pandemic-related restriction, security event, war, civil unrest, or logistics network failure.
Policy Updates
Brilinton may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, carrier, customs, or logistics changes. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order, unless a later version is required by law.
