MISUSE & ACCIDENTS Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect is not covered. This includes drops, impacts, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper handling of the product. NORMAL WEAR & TEAR Signs of everyday use are expected and not considered defects. Examples include: Scratches, dents, or fading of finishes. Wear of leather straps or rubber components over time. Minor cosmetic changes that do not affect performance. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS Any product that has been opened, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized party is excluded from warranty coverage. Attempting self-repair may void the warranty entirely. DEVICE-RELATED DAMAGE The warranty applies to Brilinton products only. It does not cover damage to Apple devices or other personal items used in conjunction with our products, whether during installation, removal, or regular use. COUNTERFEIT OR UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCTS Items not purchased directly from Brilinton or through an officially announced partner are excluded from warranty coverage. Counterfeit or imitation products are not eligible for support under any circumstances.
