Brilinton does not operate a call center and we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls. The House was built online, and so is our support. Order Changes
MAKING CHANGES
If you need to adjust your order - such as updating the shipping address, contact details, or product variant - please contact Brilinton Support promptly. Each request is considered individually, depending on the stage of preparation.
TIME SENSITIVITY
Before dispatch, many changes can be accommodated. Once an order has shipped, however, modifications are no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for guidance.
PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
Requests to alter the product selection, such as changing the color or edition, may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new one. Our team will advise on the best approach to ensure accuracy.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders may be adjusted before production begins. Once production has started, modifications can no longer be guaranteed. Please contact Brilinton Support to confirm if your request can be accommodated.

Import Duties & Taxes
UNDERSTANDING IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties and taxes are assessed by your local customs authority based on the value of your order and the regulations of your country. These charges are separate from the price paid on brilinton.com and are not controlled by the House.
SHIPPING HUBS
Brilinton currently fulfills orders from two locations:

China: Serving clients worldwide.

United States: Primarily serving domestic orders.
As the House grows, additional regional hubs will be introduced to provide seamless delivery and reduce the complexity of duties for clients around the world.
SALES TAX (VAT / GST)
In certain regions, Brilinton is registered to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout. These amounts are transferred directly to the local tax authority, ensuring compliance and simplifying the process for clients.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for all duties, VAT, and taxes required by their local authorities. Couriers typically collect these fees at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs, in which case refunds cannot be guaranteed.
CUSTOMS DUTY
Customs duty is assessed by local authorities when goods cross international borders. The rate and threshold vary by country, and payment is required for release from customs. Brilinton has no control over these charges, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
VARIATION BY REGION

European Union & UK: VAT is usually collected by the courier upon delivery.

United States: Recent regulatory changes have increased the likelihood of duties and taxes being applied to imported goods. While some orders may still clear without additional fees, higher-value shipments are now more frequently assessed. Brilinton continues to refine its logistics network, including U.S. domestic fulfillment, to minimize such impacts for our clients.

Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Other Regions: Duties and VAT vary significantly by country. Clients are encouraged to consult local authorities for precise rates.
BRILINTON’S APPROACH
Brilinton ensures that all customs documentation is prepared accurately to support smooth clearance. While the House cannot influence local duty rates, we remain available to guide clients should questions arise during the process.

Delivery Issues
DELAYED DELIVERIES
If tracking shows your order has paused in transit, it is often the result of customs inspection or local courier handling. Should there be no movement for more than five business days, Brilinton Support will assist directly, liaising with the courier until the delivery is completed.
DELIVERY STATUS DISCREPANCY
At times, a parcel may be marked as delivered before it is physically received. We recommend first confirming the address, checking with neighbors or building staff, and allowing two to three business days for the courier’s system to update. If the order does not arrive, Brilinton Support will help verify details with the courier and guide next steps.
LOST PACKAGES
When a courier investigation confirms that a shipment cannot be recovered, it is formally treated as lost. In such cases, Brilinton will arrange a replacement if stock remains available, or otherwise issue a refund. All orders are insured to safeguard our clients.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Every Brilinton creation is packed with precision, yet in rare cases external handling may cause damage. Clients are encouraged to document the condition upon arrival and contact Support within 48 hours. Depending on availability, the House will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Delays, losses, or damages are uncommon, yet always taken seriously. Brilinton ensures that each concern is addressed promptly, so every creation is received in the condition intended - a reflection of the care invested in its making.

Our standard domestic option within the U.S. – reliable and fully insured, delivered within 3–6 business days. -
Express Delivery
A faster, premium courier service (typically via DHL, FedEx, or UPS), available for both domestic and international orders. Fully tracked, insured, and handled with care. -
Priority Delivery
The same express-level service, but included at no extra cost once your order exceeds a certain value. Priority orders are packed and shipped first, reflecting their significance.
Regardless of the option chosen, every Brilinton order is managed with precision and delivered by trusted global couriers.

Brilinton produces in deliberate cycles. Some editions are crafted in small numbers, and demand often exceeds available stock. Pre-orders allow clients to reserve a piece before it is released, ensuring access to limited runs without waiting for restock.

Return Exceptions
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or customized products created specifically for a client.

Limited editions and numbered releases where availability cannot be restored.

Final sale items clearly marked at the time of purchase.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. All packaging, documentation, and included accessories (such as straps, tools, or certificates) must be intact. Returns that fail to meet these standards will be refused.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Any return sent without prior approval from Brilinton Support will be refused and returned to the client at their expense. Clients must always contact Support to initiate and confirm a return before shipping the item.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a package is refused at delivery without prior approval, the order will be treated as an unauthorized return. Associated shipping, duty, and tax costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by Brilinton. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit may also be offered when preferred or where appropriate.
REFUND TIMELINE
Following inspection and approval, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time for funds to appear depends on the client’s bank or payment provider. Store credit, where chosen, is usually available immediately. A written confirmation will be provided once the refund has been issued.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
If a client prefers to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, Brilinton will accommodate this request when the desired product is in stock. If the requested item is unavailable, the return will be processed as a refund or store credit.
REFUND METHODS
Refunds are always issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged. Where store credit is provided, it may be applied directly toward a future order. In cases where partial refunds apply, Brilinton will confirm the amount and method with the client before processing.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
Original shipping fees, import duties, and local taxes are not refundable, except where required by law. Clients may be able to reclaim duties and taxes directly from their customs authority.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
If a returned product is incomplete - missing packaging, straps, or accessories - Brilinton reserves the right to refuse the return entirely. In certain cases, and at the House’s discretion, a partial refund may be issued with the cost of replacement deducted from the total.

Return Policy & Process
ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and in original condition.

All packaging, documentation, and included components (such as tools or straps) are intact.

No signs of wear, alteration, or mishandling are present.
Products not meeting these conditions may be refused. Limited editions, personalized items, and final sale products are excluded and handled under Return Exceptions.
INITIATING A RETURN
All returns must begin with Brilinton Support. Contact us with your order details to receive approval and specific instructions. Unauthorized returns, or packages sent without approval, cannot be accepted.
Support will verify eligibility, provide step-by-step guidance, and issue documentation when required. In some cases, photographic confirmation of the product’s condition may be requested before approval is granted.
SENDING ITEMS BACK
Returned products must be packaged securely, ideally in the original packaging, to prevent damage in transit. Brilinton strongly recommends using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure safe return and full accountability.
Clients are encouraged to retain proof of postage and tracking until the return is confirmed as received by Brilinton.
RETURN COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified by Brilinton. In certain cases, a prepaid return label may be issued. Where this applies, the cost of the label will either be deducted from the refund or communicated clearly in advance.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely. Brilinton cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
INSPECTION & APPROVAL
All returned products undergo inspection once received. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the product meets the stated eligibility criteria. Items showing signs of wear, missing components, or other discrepancies may be refused and returned to the client at their expense.
