OUR PRINCIPLE Each Brilinton product reflects a philosophy of lasting quality. While every item undergoes meticulous inspection before leaving our hands, this warranty provides additional peace of mind. It is our way of honoring the trust placed in the House. STANDARD COVERAGE Brilinton provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Structural faults such as clasp malfunctions, bezel defects, or connector failures. Failures of approved mechanisms integral to the product. Coverage applies worldwide, regardless of where the purchase was made, provided the client can present proof of purchase. WHAT IS INCLUDED Watchware™ cases: Structural components designed to hold and secure the Apple Watch. Straps and bracelets: Clasps, connectors, or metal components that fail due to manufacturing errors. MagWare™ and accessories: Material or production defects that impair normal function. DURATION OF COVERAGE The warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains valid for 12 months. Extended warranties are not currently available. Coverage ends once the warranty period expires, even if repairs were carried out during that time. CLIENT PROTECTION When a fault is confirmed, Brilinton will repair or replace the product free of charge. In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered. The resolution chosen will always reflect fairness and the standards of the House.
