MAKING CHANGES If you need to adjust your order - such as updating the shipping address, contact details, or product variant - please contact Brilinton Support promptly. Each request is considered individually, depending on the stage of preparation. Orders containing Archive or final sale items cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed due to limited stock allocation. TIME SENSITIVITY Before dispatch, many changes can be accommodated. Once an order has shipped, however, modifications are no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for guidance. PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS Requests to alter the product selection, such as changing the color or edition, may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new one. Our team will advise on the best approach to ensure accuracy. PRE-ORDERS Pre-orders may be adjusted before production begins. Once production has started, modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
