Brilinton Warranty Coverage

Our products are manufactured with high-quality standards to ensure their durability and longevity. Moreover, we offer a warranty against any manufacturing defects to provide our customers with additional assurance of the quality of our products.

Note that our warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear: Our watch warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents on the watch case, bracelet, or crystal. These types of damages are considered to be part of the normal use of the watch and are expected over time.

  2. Water damage: Our cases come with a water-resistance rating that indicates the level of water exposure the cases can handle without damage. If a case is exposed to water beyond its rated limit, our warranty may not cover any resulting damage. It's important to note that even if a watch is rated as water-resistant, it is not completely waterproof, and exposure to water should be avoided whenever possible.

  3. Damage caused by misuse or abuse: Any damage caused by misuse or abuse of the case, such as dropping or banging the case on hard surfaces, is not covered by our warranty. We expect our cases to be used and cared for in a reasonable and responsible manner, and any damage resulting from improper use or handling is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

  4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications: If a case is repaired or modified by anyone other than an authorized service center or technician, any resulting damage or malfunction is not covered by our warranty. This includes replacing parts or attempting to repair the case on your own.

  5. Damage caused by extreme conditions: Our warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, pressure. We recommend avoiding exposure to these conditions whenever possible to prevent damage to your case.

  6. Using the case in ways not recommended by the manufacturer: If a watch is used in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer, any resulting damage or defects are not covered by our warranty. We strongly advise that our watches be used only for their intended purpose, and any deviation from this use may result in damage or malfunction.

  7. Routine maintenance: Our warranty does not cover routine maintenance, such as cleaning, or servicing. These tasks are the responsibility of the case owner and should be performed by an authorized service center or technician.

  8. Straps or bracelets: Our warranty only covers defects in the material or workmanship of the case itself, and does not extend to straps or bracelets. Damage to straps or bracelets is not covered by our warranty, and replacement or repair is the responsibility of the watch owner.

We are mainly using AAA Zirconia crystals.

Our watch cases are made from 316L stainless steel.
